Richmond Times Dispatch Covers Speaker’s Work on Autism Bill

Today’s Richmond Times Dispatch has an article about a bill to extend insurance coverage for autism for children ages 2-6. Speaker Howell co-sponsored two similar bills by Del. Tag Greason and Del. Tim Hugo. The bills were combined and reported out of the House Commerce and Labor Committee yesterday.
